The Abuela Emilia cob consists of fresh and selected cobs from the Cundinamarca and Boyaca Andean
region. They have a pleasant colour, large, firm beans and an irresistible and characteristic flavour. One of
the best ways to enjoy our corn is roasted with a pinch of butter and salt, of course, you can prepare it
cooked or baked. It is ideal as a side dish or as a quick meal.
