INGREDIENTES

6 cups of mashed yellow potatoe “Abuela Emilia”

4 tablespoons melted butter

2 large eggs

2 cups of cooked and chopped spinach

6 tablespoons heavy cream

Salt to taste

1/4 cup bread crumbs

30 g butter cut into small pieces

PREPARATION

(Preheat oven to 350 ° F.)

1.Mix the mashed potatoes with the butter, eggs, spinach, cream and salt.

2. Pour into a mold previously greased.

3.Sprinkle the bread crumbs and arrange the pieces of butter evenly over the top.

4.Bake for 20 minutes or until the bread begins to brown and serve hot.
